John is a versatile trial lawyer with broad experience in complex commercial and tort litigation. He has also acted as an adviser to out-of-state lawyers with respect to the scope and effect of Georgia's Products Liability Law. He has wide-ranging experience in construction litigation and arbitration representing general contractors, material suppliers, and owners. John also has extensive experience in specific areas of employment law, including state law issues regarding restrictive covenants ancillary to employment agreements and Federal law issues regarding discrimination and wage & hour disputes.

John's personal life revolves around raising two energetic children with his wife of twenty-two years. John divides his spare time assisting with scouts, playing year round ALTA tennis, recreational scuba diving, and competing in small-bore rifle tournaments. Although he no longer conducts or participates in any archeological excavations, John reads extensively and pursues his interest in South and Central American, pre-Columbian archeology.
